refreshments are available on a first come, first serve basis, while
supplies last. Refreshments provided by Day of Delicacies and available
on a first come first serve basis, while supplies last. Participants
assume the risk of participating in any activities. Comparable retail
price of all raffle prizes is approximately $625.00, consisting of one
Stanley cup ($45.00 retail value), one $50 Visa® gift card, one GCI

($90 retail value), one Ember Smart Coffee Mug ($80 retail value), one

Earbuds ($169 retail value). Each attendee will be entered in a drawing
to win a prize. Winners to be selected by random drawing at 1:45pm on
July 16th, 2025. Must be present to win. Limit one prize per attendee
D.R. Horton has final determination on eligibility of winners.
Quantities are limited to the amounts noted herein. Must be a licensed
real estate agent and/or broker in Texas and over the age of 18.
Attendees are not required to purchase goods or services, pay any money,
or submit to a sales promotion effort as a condition to attend this
event or win a prize. Employees and family members of D.R. Horton are
not eligible for this promotion. Up to $5,000 BTSA (above regular
commission) valid on select D.R Horton floor plans in the Mill Creek
community that contract between July 16th and July 31st, 2025, and close
but August 31, 2025. BTSA is earned and paid at closing. Offer valid is
on new, full price contracts and does not apply to transfers,
cancellations, or re-writes. Buyer cannot have previously registered
with D.R. Horton. BTSA incentive may not be used in conjunction with any
other bonus or incentive. Agent must present BTSA coupon at initial
contract to obtain the incentive. One coupon per agent. BTSA incentive
available only for licensed Texas real estate agents. Eligibility cannot
be transferred. If buyer fails to timely close for any reason other
than Seller default, broker will only receive the up to 3% co-broker
commission subject to all conditions and stipulations in the contract.
Any amount paid by D.R. Horton cannot exceed the amount agreed to in the
broker’s compensation agreement with buyer and may be subject to caps
imposed by buyer’s lender. Additional restrictions may apply. Contact a
